Jim Triggs is President and CEO of Money Management International, the nation's largest nonprofit credit counseling agency, where he's spent nearly three decades and has led as CEO since 2019. Under his leadership MMI has expanded its national footprint, modernized its technology platforms, and built out 24/7 digital and counselor-supported service. Earlier he directed MMI's core national programs, including federally funded and overseen programs during major financial crises. He speaks nationally on contact center management and technology, speech analytics, leadership, and organizational culture, and is regularly quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Forbes. He serves on the NFCC Board of Trustees. Based in Phoenix.
