Jim Murphy is CEO and co-founder of Broadvoice, now Broadvoice GoContact, a Solution Provider in the Cloud Tech Gurus Marketplace. Broadvoice GoContact is an AI-powered customer experience and cloud communications provider, where Jim owns business strategy, finance, carrier relations, and logistics. He's a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years in telecom: he co-founded a pager company in the early 1990s, co-founded residential broadband provider DSL Extreme in 1999 and later sold it, and founded PhonePower in 2005, rolling up VoIP.com and Broadvoice underneath it.
